Private Sessions are movement training sessions specific to you, the individual. I will help you build a personal practice that can be easily performed at home.
During our sessions, I will attend to your specific needs and goals. You are as likely to receive specific therapeutic poses and exercises as you are ideas about incorporating more movement into your daily life. We might talk shoes or shins, walking or Warrior pose. I will create a practice solely for you, designed to bring Healing and Balance back into your body and your life.
You will always receive:

- My focused attention on your overall well-being.
- Follow-up emails after each session with detailed instruction about the various poses/exercises
- Answers to all your questions that arise between sessions (text or email)
- All around cheerleading

Let's Talk First, set up a free consultation. In this 30-minute phone conversation, you get to learn how I work and ask all your questions. I get to learn about you and ask you my own questions. We'll see if working together is a good fit. Even if we end up not working together, you'll leave this conversation with ways to improve your health right now.
Let's Work Second, we schedule a session/sessions. I am currently seeing clients online (via Zoom or FaceTime) or in-person at my home (masks required, and I have a dog who sheds). I only see a limited number of private clients in a week so you will always get my highest level of attention.
Single Session $120
Five sessions $500
NOTE: Five sessions usually happens over a ten-week period. In over two decades of doing this work, I have watched how resolving one problem often results in a new problem making itself known. When you align one area of the body, the compensations you've been making become evident over time. I will refine the work to account for that. I also have recognized recently that working every week makes it hard to fully integrate the work before new movement ideas are introduced. Every other week seems to be an optimal time-frame.
